We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Blackrock Exteriors. We plan to have new siding installed in the next couple of years, but had some siding and other exterior wood repair issues that needed to be addressed NOW. Since the job was a small one, we had trouble finding companies who were even willing to bid on our project, much less take it on. We were experiencing some minor water damage that would be resolved by installing some additional gutters. We sought a few bids and decided to select Blackrock. Penny did a fantastic job of evaluating our situation and making logical recommendations, and this was the deciding factor. The process was easy and we signed the contract and made a deposit all on-line, which saved time and was super convenient. The crew arrived, set-up, did the work and made sure we were satisfied then did a thorough clean up and off they went. I think they may have been on our property for an hour and a half! Penny followed up to make sure everything we discussed was completed, which is a great touch!. The team at Blackrock has been fantastic throughout out project and I recommend anyone give them a call for a bid on any home projects they can help with.

Wow Wow Wow!! We hired Blackrock Exteriors after our roof was damaged by hail and we could not be more pleased with how it turned out. They make the process very easy on the homeowner and they deal with the pesky insurance companies so the homeowner doesn’t have to. Penny and her team are the real deal! 10/10!
