Blackrock did a complete roof replacement with new vents, gutters and downspouts. Very professional and careful of my property, left it cleaner than before they arrived. I didn’t find any nails or roofing scraps on the ground after they left. Reasonably priced for superior products and years of experience roofing homes to handle the worst of MN weather extremes. You won’t get a big company sales person pressuring you for a sale; you’ll get a professional, knowledgeable contractor that can answer your questions, problem-solve, and look out for your best interest. Will certainly be calling on Blackrock for future projects!

I’ve used Blackrock for 5 + projects now, including installing a flat roof, fixing water damaged siding, exterior painting and gutter repair. They are always professional, clear with communication and have great follow through. I’ve really enjoyed working with Penny, she is very knowledgeable, gives you her honest assessment, and is always trying to give you the best bang for your buck! I have recommended them to multiple family members and friends, and will return to them again for any future needs!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Blackrock Exteriors. We plan to have new siding installed in the next couple of years, but had some siding and other exterior wood repair issues that needed to be addressed NOW. Since the job was a small one, we had trouble finding companies who were even willing to bid on our project, much less take it on.
