We will cover both routine maintenance and what to inspect with a 100 year old home as well as what to do when an insurance claim might come into play with covering repair costs due to unexpected loss.

PART 1 – Interior inspections & maintenance – when to inspect, what to look for, and why it is important. We will cover routine maintenance in the first part and larger scale repairs (including insurance coverage) in the second class.
